Goldmills are looking for excellent Grill Chefs who are passionate about mexican cuisine. This is for a full-time/permanent position from March 2024.

This exciting new opening will be focusing on Mexican-style street food, based in the heart of London's Soho. Your role will include;

‍

·        Help chefs with food preparation.

·        Cooking, grilling, preparing and serving for the delicious menu of authentic tacos, including handmade tortillas and salsas.

·        Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene within the kitchen, closing/opening the cleaning station each day

·        Following all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene and restaurant security measures.

·        Creating a fun and exciting environment for our team and our customers.

·        Working shifts throughout the week, including weekends and evenings

We are looking for someone with;

• Experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant setting - preferably as a Grill Chef
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and get tasks completed efficiently
• Great verbal communication skills as well as written
• Great time management and able to multi-task
• Great knowledge of health and safety procedures in the kitchen
• Keen to learn and progress in your career
