Job Description:

We are excited to announce a brand new role for a Bar Manager, at a well-loved venue just outside of Ipswich. This role presents the chance to showcase creativity, leadership, and mixology expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of a captivating cocktail menu, setting the standard for excellence in mixology.
• Work closely with management to establish a unique identity for the bar, creating a reputation as a premier destination for innovative cocktails and exceptional service.
• Take charge of building and training a team of bartenders, elevating their skills to meet the demands of our evolving beverage program.
• Embrace the opportunity to serve customers directly, fostering a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for all patrons.
• Collaborate with the management team to introduce exciting new initiatives, including brunch services and summer pop-up events.
• Take ownership of the bar's success, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through outstanding service and memorable experiences.
• This role offers the chance to start no earlier than 10am, with a 50-hour workweek.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience as a mixologist or bartender, with a passion for creating unique and memorable cocktails.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating and developing teams.
• Creative flair and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to craft innovative drink recipes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact with customers.
• Flexibility in working hours, with a willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
