The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Mexican cuisine, with a passion for contributing for create delicious dishes and menu innovations. We're looking for someone who will thrive in a bustling, fast-paced environment, capable of igniting the same spirited chaos found in Mexico City's bustling taco stands.
As a key member of the team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the kitchen dynamics, menu offerings, and future expansions, all while enjoying ample opportunities for professional advancement.
What to expect from the position;
Collaborating with the founders to refine the most authentic and efficient culinary process.
Guiding and inspiring the kitchen team to uphold the standards necessary for crafting London's most genuine tacos.
Ensuring consistent delivery of the authentic recipes to a delectable standard.
Fostering a lively and engaging atmosphere for both the team and patrons.
Demonstrating flexibility in working various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
In addition to overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations, you'll oversee inventory management and uphold rigorous food safety and hygiene protocols.
The new-opening will be specialising in delicious, authentic mexican tacos.

To thrive in this role, you should possess:
Proven experience as a Chef or Cook within a restaurant environment
Proficiency in Mexican cuisine
Leadership skills to guide, train, and motivate kitchen staff
Adaptability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
Strong communication abilities for seamless coordination within the kitchen
Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
