Our high-end client are hiring a Junior Sous Chef to join the team of their Private Members Club based in Epsom.
We are looking for someone with experience in fine-dining cuisine, creating service at a first-class level.
The position is full-time, for a 40 hour contract with paid overtime.

Minimum experience required:
- Level 3 food hygiene
- Experience of stock control and ordering
