Goldmills are hiring a Head Chef for a fine-dining, modern restaurant in the La Cala De Mijas area on the Costa Del Sol, just 20 minutes from Marbella.
We are looking for a Chef with diverse experience, preferably someone who has worked with cuisines from all across the world. The menu uses inspiration from the food around the world, with some classic dishes and some more modern contemporary dishes also
The restaurant is set over two floors offering a party atmosphere downstairs with 225 covers and a more intimate dining experience or private dining option on the first floor holding 125 covers. The setting is fantastic and benefits from a large outside terrace on the ground floor overlooking the beach. The restaurant has 350 covers in total as well as three versatile bars. It is important that the right candidate is familiar with working in a fast-paced environment.
It is essential that the right candidate is willing to re-locate to Marbella, Spain or is already living in the Costa Del Sol area.
